Founded by the tripartite entities comprising the National Trades Union Congress, the Manpower Ministry, and the National Trades Union Congress, the Institute of Human Resources Professional is a professional human resources body located in Singapore.
The IHRP is an authorized and the only body in Singapore to implement the HR credentials nationally, called the IHRP certification. With a view of setting the benchmark for human resource excellence, the IHRP hones the skills of HR professionals paving a successful professional and development path for them.
Strengthening and enabling the practice of human resources in Singapore, the institute is also creating the HR leaders of tomorrow by enabling the practice of human capital development in organizations. 15-member team of the IHRP board of directors include visionaries from diverse cultures and backgrounds and is led by Ms. Goh Swee Chen (Chairperson, Singapore -Shell Companies).
